SWMO Rush Payment Plans

Registration Deposit

A non-refundable $150 registration deposit is required in June to secure and hold a player’s roster position following tryouts. This deposit is applied toward the player’s seasonal fees and is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Payment Options

Families may choose one of the following payment options:

  • Pay in Full prior to the start of the season, or
  • Monthly installment payments based on the player’s team schedule.

Standard Payment Plan

Most teams will utilize a 10-month installment plan beginning August 1 and continuing monthly through May 1.

High School Girls Payment Plan

High School Girls teams will utilize a 6-month installment plan beginning August 1 and continuing monthly through January 1.

High School Boys Payment Plan

High School Boys teams will utilize a 6-month installment plan beginning December 1 and continuing monthly through May 1.

All payment plans must remain current for players to participate in training sessions, games, tournaments, and club activities.

SWMO Rush Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Because SWMO Rush commits league registrations, tournament entries, coaching assignments, staffing, and operational costs in advance, refunds are limited based on the timing of withdrawal from the program.

Before August 1

  • Any seasonal fees paid beyond the $150 deposit may be refunded.
  • The $150 deposit remains non-refundable.

August 1 Through First Official League Game

  • Players withdrawing during this period will be responsible for any league fees, tournament fees, or other committed club expenses already incurred by SWMO Rush.
  • Remaining unused installment payments may be cancelled.
  • Partial refunds, if applicable, will be determined after committed expenses are deducted.

After the Team’s First Official League Game

  • No refunds will be issued after a player participates in or after the team plays its first official league game.
  • Remaining future installment payments may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances.
  • Families remain responsible for any non-refundable league, tournament, travel, or administrative fees already committed by the club.

Injury or Medical Exceptions

Requests for consideration due to season-ending injury, relocation, or medical hardship must be submitted in writing and may require supporting documentation. Approval of any exception is at the sole discretion of SWMO Rush leadership.

Refund Request Procedure

All refund or withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to the club Technical Director. Verbal notification to a coach does not constitute an official withdrawal request.

Additional Notes

  • Tournament, league, and administrative fees are generally non-refundable once committed by the club.
  • Failure to attend training sessions or games does not release a family from financial obligations.
  • Players with outstanding balances may not be eligible for future participation or player card release until balances are resolved.
