The SWMO Rush Competitive Program is for children birth year 2016 (U9)-birth year 2006 (U19). Players commit to the entire season (Fall through Spring), upon receiving an invitation to join the team at tryouts. Players are thoughtfully placed on teams that will provide the best developmental opportunities for them. High school players play a shorter 7-month season, opposite to their high school season.
Fee Structure
Registration
Registration for the SWMO Rush Competitive Program is a 3-step process.
Step 1 is to register for Tryouts. Registration for Tryouts is REQUIRED in order for your player to participate. There is no charge to register for Tryouts.
Step 2 is to register and pay for the 2024-25 Competitive Program in 360 Player - see below. Registration must be completed by the parent or guardian, NOT the player.
Step 3 is to register with Missouri Youth Soccer Association through GotSport so that your player can be approved and placed on the official state roster.
Following Tryouts, you will receive an invitation email from your player's Director of Coaching with the links and instructions to register your player.
This season we are introducing the new 360 Player platform! It will serve as the new portal to pay your registration fees AND will replace Team Reach for communications. Through the platform you will also have easy access to all that Rush has to offer.
To help you prepare, you will need to do the following during registration:
- Upload a headshot (passport style - NOT full-body) of your player and birth certificate and enter insurance information into GotSport.
- Pay a $19 fee to MYSA.
- Download the 360 Player app from the App Store if you want to access the new payment and communication platform on your phone.
- Pay SWMO Rush player fees. The $150 initial fee is required to reserve your player’s spot on the official team roster. You have the option to pay in full, or pay on an 8-month (6-month for high school players) payment plan. It is important that you adhere to all registration deadlines to ensure your player is eligible to play.
Tryouts
The goal of Tryouts is to play all players on a developmentally appropriate team. Registration is required and there is no charge.
